I Merch started in 2020 because our founder, Mika, received 30 hoodies that looked nothing like what she ordered. The color was off. The print was peeling. The supplier ghosted her.
She spent two months learning the supply chain, finding the right printers and fabric suppliers, and built a process that would never let another org feel that disappointment. That process became I Merch.
